Amazon Music Brand Refresh

Defining and developing how the brand shows up on social, striking the right balance between platform authenticity and consistent brand identity. Our strategic approach to social content was to combine engagement pieces with content series. This included challenging our followers with trivia and community questions, as well as giving them access to exclusive content focused on the hottest artists.

I led the design output across the Amazon Music EMEA social channels, (France, Italy, UK, Spain and Germany) along with the senior designer - we then collaborated with a team of 40+ social experts across Europe to manage each individual region. The Amazon Music channels have seen huge leaps in growth, follower count and engagement – this success on social has allowed the brand to carve a spot in an already established and competitive music market.
